RESOLUTION NO. <br /> Q, <br /> AN AP 9NDFEI RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $4,453. 94 <br /> FROM ACCOUNT Y-531 TO ACCOUNT Y-54, WITHIN THE <br /> FIREMEN'S PENSION FUND. <br /> WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed <br /> since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now <br /> necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the <br /> annual budget for Account Y-54 within the firemens' pension fund; and <br /> WHEREAS, a surplus exists within Account Y-532, also within <br /> the firemen's pension fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br /> SECTION I. That the sum of $4,453. 94 be transferred from <br /> Account Y-531 to Account Y-54, both being within the Firemen's <br /> Pension Fund. <br /> SECTION II.
