RESOLUTION NO. 326-72 <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION <br /> IN THE AMOUNT OF $140 ,000 .00 IN ACCOUNT NO. <br /> 261 "SERVICES CONTRACTUAL" , AND THE TRANSFER <br /> OF SAID SUM FROM ACCOUNT NO. 73 "PROPERTIES" , <br /> BOTH ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE <br /> CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND. <br /> WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have <br /> developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget <br /> so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than <br /> was appropriated in the annual budget for the various <br /> functions of City Government to meet such extraordinary <br /> conditions ; and <br /> WHEREAS, it has been ascertained that a certain <br /> account in the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund budget <br /> has money which will not be needed at this time for the <br /> purposes for which it was appropriated, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common <br /> Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana : <br /> SECTION I . That for the Civil City of South Bend's <br /> share of the cost of improvements in the North East Code <br /> Enforcement Project E-3, the following additional sum of <br /> money is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the <br /> Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund: <br /> Account No. Classification Item Amount <br /> 261 Services Contractual Other Services $1403000 .00 <br /> Contractual <br /> SECTION II .
