These inter-fund loans—the Eddy Street <br /> and the Triangle—came to Council at that time for approval. Probably the Redevelopment <br /> Commission would have to approve that. <br /> Councilmember Tim Scott made a motion to receive and accept the Investment Report as a <br /> whole.
