Council President Scott and the Council then conducted interviews for citizen membership of the <br /> South Bend Animal Care and Control Commission. Under consideration were Lynne LoSecco <br /> and Sue Ushela. Ms. LoSecco focused on her passion for animals and nursing. She also thinks <br /> her ability to be a realist and say what needs to be said makes her the best candidate for the <br /> position. Ms. Ushela expressed her love for animals and explained her advocacy for animals.
