r � <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3 ' j- -23 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, CREDITING ANNE <br /> MARGER WITH FOUR YEARS OF PUBLIC SERVICE WITH <br /> THE ST. JOSEPH HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND THEREBY <br /> QUALIFYING HER FOR A FIFTEEN YEAR PENSION. <br /> WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South <br /> Bend recognizes that Anne Marger has served continuously from <br /> 1932 to January 1962 as a school nurse in the South Bend School <br /> system and from January 1962 to 1973 with the St. Joseph County <br /> Health Department. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend <br /> Common Council that Anne Marger is hereby credited with four <br /> years of service by the City of South Bend, Indiana for pension <br /> purposes and thereby qualifies for a fifteen year pension. <br /> Mem-15e o the Common Council <br /> FILED IN CLERK'S OFFICE <br /> PRESENTED 8- "?
