RESOLUTION NO. 432-74 <br /> A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE CONTRACT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND AND <br /> SOLLITT CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. IN <br /> CONNECTION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF A <br /> CONVENTION AND CULTURAL CENTER IN THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br /> WHEREAS , the contract between the City of South <br /> Bend, Indiana, and Sollitt Construction Company, Inc . , entered <br /> into on the lst day of July in the year of Nineteen Hundred and <br /> Seventy-four in connection with the construction of Century <br /> Center, a Convention and Cultural Center in South Bend, Indiana, <br /> has been approved by the Civic Center Authority and the Board <br /> of Public Works. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council <br /> of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that: <br /> SECTION I. The above mentioned contract is hereby <br /> approved by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana . <br /> SECTION II.
