RESOLUTION NO. z33--2 <br /> A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS BOARD OF WASTEWATER <br /> COMMISSIONERS AND FERGUSON FABRICATION INC. IN <br /> CONNECTION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF(3)X - TRUDE - <br /> A - BED TRUCK BODIES TO BE USED FOR THE REMOVAL <br /> OF LIME SLUDGE AT THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Wastewater Commissioners advertised for bids, <br /> for lime sludge removal bodies on June 17, 1974; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ferguson Fabrication Inc. was the only acceptable bidder at <br /> $17,714.25; and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been established a Sewage Works Construction Fund <br /> to handle the costs of the plant expansion. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City <br /> of South Bend, Indiana that: <br /> SECTION I . The above mentioned contract is hereby approved by the <br /> Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br /> SECTION 11 .
