Broden, Gavin Ferlic <br /> Committee Members Absent: None <br /> Other Council Present: Regina Williams-Preston, Karen White, Dr. David Varner, <br /> Tim Scott <br /> Other Council Absent: Oliver Davis <br /> Others Present: Adriana Rodriguez, Aladean DeRose, Kareemah Fowler, <br /> Graham Sparks <br /> Presenters: Jon Cook, Brandon Anderson <br /> Agenda: Bill No. 07-17-Northern Indiana History Museum Alley <br /> Vacation <br /> Committee Chair John Voorde called the Public Works &Property Vacation Committee Meeting <br /> to order at 3:33 p.m. Committee Chair Voorde introduced the council members on the <br /> committee. <br /> Committee Chair Voorde then introduced the one (1) item on the agenda, Bill No. 07-17- <br /> Northern Indiana History Museum Alley Vacation. <br /> Presenting for the History Museum were Jon Cook, 63460 Orange Rd., and Brandon Anderson, <br /> 808 W. Washington St. Mr. Anderson referenced the PDF file presented and noted the existing <br /> property of the History Museum, as well as other properties acquired throughout the years. He <br /> stated they will be expanding their site, starting in 2010, and are poised to purchase parcel <br /> number fourteen(14)by the end of February.
