Tub shall tilt sideways for easy tub cleanout, mill box access, screen changes with full open <br />position being no greater than 91 degrees. <br />Thrown Object Restraint: <br />Machine shall be equipped with a thrown object restraint system. This system shall consist of <br />replaceable deflector at the rotor which directs material struck by the hammers in a direction <br />blocked by the tub cover. Cover restrains objects with the greatest weight and velocity from <br />being thrown from the tub. Cover shall be rotated hydraulically into transport or operating <br />position. <br />Cover will lock in the operating or transport positions. Controls to positon the cover for grinding <br />or transport shall be located in the control panel, in the cab of the loader and on the remote <br />control. <br />Discharge System: <br />Continuous discharge conveyor shall come standard with a 3-ply 330 V-cleated heavy-duty belt <br />measuring 36" (91.4 cm) wide. Continuous -flow conveyor system shall consist of a three-point <br />frame mount design providing better belt tracking with minimal adjustments. Conveyor must <br />have lubricated drive and idler rollers with remote grease fittings for hard -to -reach bearings. <br />Conveyor belt speed shall be fully adjustable with a maximum speed of 778 fpm (237.1 m/min). <br />Discharge conveyor shall have a maximum load height of 14' (4.3 m) and be able to fold over <br />the top of the tub for transport. <br />Controls: <br />Unit shall be equipped with a side access control panel capable of operating all machine <br />functions. Wireless radio remote control shall come optional with a loader unit. <br />Screens: <br />There shall be screens located on two sides of the hammermill. Screens shall be constructed so <br />that they can be removed without unbolting or removing welds. Screens shall be constructed of a <br />minimum thickness of .75" (19.1 nun) A/R 400 steel. <br />Screen shall be no less than 2700 sq in (17419.3 sq cm). Breaker bar shall consist of four usable <br />sides, constructed from Tl material as well as independent from the screen. <br />Warranty: <br />Limited one-year warranty from date of purchase of 1,000 operating hours, whichever occurs <br />first. <br />12 <br />
