We also, in the Clerk's Office, go ahead and <br /> send a letter to old properties anyway just in case they want to reapply. <br /> Committee Chair Broden asked, If there was one (1) operating without a license, where would <br /> the public report that? <br /> Mr. Molnar replied, To Code Enforcement,to the Fire or Police Department or to us in the <br /> Ordinance Violation Bureau. <br /> With no other questions from the Committee or Council, Committee Chair Broden opened the <br /> floor to members of the public wishing to speak in favor of or in opposition to the legislation. <br /> There were none. <br /> Committee Chair Broden then turned the floor back to the Committee for further discussion or <br /> main motions. Committeemember Oliver Davis made a motion to send Bill No. 17-18 to the full <br /> Council with a favorable recommendation.
