In order to provide me with_th.e basis upon which to <br />issue such a letter of intent, it will be necessary for the <br />Common Council to approve a resolution which states basically <br />that it will be the intent of the Common Council to entertain <br />an appropriation ordinance from the City Administration re- <br />questing additional funds for Phase IV of the Airport Industrial <br />Park project. The attached resolution has been drafted by the <br />Department of Law for your approval. Note that by approving <br />this resolution, the Council is not appropriating the funds at <br />this time but merely indicating that an appropriation ordinance <br />will be entertained at such time that th-e City Administration <br />submits it to the Council. <br />Sjnce�\°ly, <br />Miller, Mayor <br />JJM <br />Att. <br />
