E. <br />Director, Public Works <br />Members of the Common Council <br />4th Floor, County -City Building <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />Reply To: Department <br />of Public Works <br />December 11, 1974 <br />There will be a resolution presented for your consideration on December 16, <br />1974 transferring the sum of $10,000.00 from line item 221.0 Electric <br />Current to line item 214.0 Telephone and Telegraph, both accounts being with- <br />in the Board of Public Works budget. <br />This item was under - budgeted. A <br />$55,000 was requested in the 1974 <br />Public Hearing. The present bill <br />this increase was not felt during <br />$10,000.00 in transferred funds. <br />effort is being made to lower our <br />transfer had to be made in 1973 also. <br />budget and this was cut to $50,000 at the <br />is averaging $5,000.00 per month.
