- ichiana Area U®uncil 0 f Governments <br />COUNTY CITY BUILDING v SOUTH BEND, INDIANA 46601 <br />Members of the Common Council <br />County -City Building <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />Gentlemen: <br />February 3, 1975 <br />Attached hereto is a resolution indicating the Council's intent <br />to join with other general purpose units of local government in <br />the Michiana Area to develop and implement a plan resulting in <br />a coordinated waste treatment management system for the Michiana <br />Area. <br />Approval of this resolution by local units of government in the <br />Michiana Area will clear the way for the Michiana Area Council <br />of Governments to submit an application to the Environmental <br />Protection Agency (EPA) seeking approval to prepare a waste <br />treatment management plan for our area.
