page 2. <br />June 18, 1975 <br />to three months construction time would be cut from the project. <br />The Architect established that should the owner direct that said <br />foundation changes be requested, the owner would be charged for the <br />associated studies, reports, design and re- design efforts as an <br />additional service, in keeping with his contract with the owner. <br />These additional services are quoted at $26,500; as stated in the <br />ordinance. <br />Authorization of such action by the Civic Center Authority would <br />therefore result in a net savings of approximately $150,000 and two <br />months construction time.
