Parent <br />President <br />South Bend Common Council <br />County -City Bldg. <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Dear Mr. Parent: <br />Attached is a copy of the City's 701 Comprehensive Planning <br />Assistance application for FY 1976. <br />The city seeks $42,000 from the United States Department of <br />Housing and Urban Development to provide operating expenses and a pro- <br />fessional staff to develop, coordinate and maintain the self - explanatory <br />municipal planning and management projects outlined in the 701 application. <br />A resolution seeking Common Council authorization to submit the <br />application is being filed for your consideration. <br />Sincerely, <br />Carl Ellison <br />CE /ed <br />Attach. <br />
