PETITION TO AREA BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION <br />2. The proposed use will not injure or adversely affect the use of the adjacent area or property values <br />therein because of the existing commercial surrounding uses including as stated above, automotive <br />repair service, gasoline sales and large parking areas servicing large retail users. <br />3. The proposed use will be consistent with the character of the district in which is located and the land <br />uses authorized therein because there is mixture of the type of commercial users present as stated <br />above. <br />4. The proposed use is compatible with the recommendations of the City of South Bend Comprehensive <br />Plan because this area is shown for commercial users.
