No. 1400637 <br />Modify Paragraph 1: <br />$ 129,350 <br />Project Description: This project consists of road reconstruction with installation of new curbs, storm <br />drainage, pavement, approaches, incidental resurfacing, and other pertinent work. Road construction <br />begins S.R. 23 Prairie Avenue intersection and Olive <br />Street intersection and continues north approximately 2,485 feet to 6 3.640 ft to 220 ft north of the <br />railroad crossing. The northern project end limit is coincidental with the begin construction limit for Des. <br />No. 1298579. Sidewalks will be reconstructed where they currently exist and added sidewalk along the <br />east where viable and upgraded for ADA compliance in accordance with INDOT policies and standards. <br />Collected storm water will be piped below grade into existing separated storm sewer within Olive Street <br />existing right-of-way. <br />Modify Paragraph 2, last sentence: The project length is approximately 047 0.69 miles including <br />intersecting public road approaches. <br />Modify Paragraph 5: <br />The proposed typical section will consist of two 42 11 foot travel lanes with center left 12 foot lane and <br />8 feet shoulders/parking on the west between Ewing Avenue and Calvert Street and st4ght faGe <br />combined curb and gutter for the full project length.section MatAh the <br />ad}aining project _ Des No. 12996:79 Pavement width variations are expected at intersections with <br />public road approaches to the extent necessary based on INDOT design criteria. A five (5) foot sidewalk <br />is proposed on the west side where present between Ewing Avenue and Calvert <br />Street. Existing roadway vertical profile shall be reused to the extent possible for project areas exceeding <br />INDOT minimum vertical grade requirements. <br />Modify Part A. Field Survey: <br />1. A Location Control Route Survey Plat (LCRSP) will net be prepared as ne additional right-of-way <br />is anticipated.
