S. The CONSULTANT will make his services available to the LPA during the construction of <br />the work for the interpretation of the plans where disagreement may arise and for <br />consultation during construction in the event unforeseen or unusual conditions arise. <br />6. The CONSULTANT shall review working (shop) drawings for conformance with the plan <br />documents. Review of such submittals is not conducted for the purpose of determining <br />the accuracy and completeness of other details such as dimensions and quantities, or <br />for substantiating instructions far installation or performance of equipment orsystems, <br />all of which remain the responsibility of the Contractor as required by the contract. <br />Reviews shall not constitute approval of safety precautions or, of any construction <br />means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures. Approval of specific item shall <br />not indicate approval of an assembly of which the item is a component. The submittals <br />shall be reviewed and returned to Resident Project Engineer within 7 calendar days <br />after submittal to CONSULTANT. <br />XXI. Add Items 14. to 24. to Appendix "B" as follows: <br />14. Guarantee access to and make all provisions for the CONSULTANT to enter upon public and <br />private lands as required for the CONSULTANT to perform the work under this Agreement. <br />15. Conveyance instruments which have been prepared and/or approved for each parcel by LPA <br />legal counsel. <br />16. Recording of all transfer documents after the parcel is acquired by the Buyer. <br />1Z Legal counsel for condemnation proceedings and for legal services in connection with the <br />project. <br />18. The money and delivery for all payments due property owner and/or applicable property <br />interests. <br />19. Copies of the location and/or design study reports, if applicable. <br />20. Copies of the environmental studies and/or approvals, if applicable. <br />21. Partial mortgage release fees. <br />22. Copies of recorded documents and proof of payment. <br />23.
