RESOLUTION NO. j -7S- <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, COMMENDING <br />PETER J. NEMETH, COUNCILMAN -AT- LARGE, <br />JANUARY 1, 1972, TO DECEMBER 31, 1975. <br />WHEREAS, Peter J. Nemeth, Councilman -At- Large, has <br />served the people of South Bend, Indiana, from January 1, 1972 <br />to December 31, 1975; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend: <br />SECTION 1. That the citizens of South Bend, through <br />their Common Council, commend and congratulate Councilman Peter <br />J. Nemeth for exemplary service to the people of South Bend. <br />SECTION 2. That the Common Council further expresses <br />its appreciation for the effective and dignified manner in which <br />Councilman Peter J. Nemeth dispatched his duties as President of <br />the Common Council from January 1, 1972, to December 31, 1974. <br />SECTION 3. That the Common Council wishes Peter J. <br />Nemeth great success as the next Mayor of South Bend. <br />SECTION 4.
