RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $500.00 FROM ACCOUNT <br />722.0 "MOTOR EQUIPMENT" TO ACCOUNT 725.0 "OFFICE <br />EQUIPMENT ". BOTH ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE HUMAN <br />RIGHTS COMMISSION FUND. <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since <br />the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary <br />to transfer money from one account to another in the annual budget for <br />various functions of the Human Rights Commission to meet such extra- <br />ordinary emergencies, and <br />WHEREAS, it has been ascertained that a certain account in the <br />Human Rights Commission Fund has more money than is needed at this <br />time. <br />SECTION I. <br />ACCOUNT <br />Properties 722.0 <br />SECTION II. <br />ACCOUNT <br />Properties 725.0 <br />That the following account be reduced as set <br />forth below: <br />DESCRIPTION <br />Motor Equipment <br />FA <br />• h, y <br />$500.00 <br />That the following account be increased as set <br />forth below: <br />DESCRIPTION <br />Office Equipment <br />AMOUNT <br />$500.00 <br />SECTION III. That the transfer of funds as set forth in Sections <br />I and II are required for the proper and efficient <br />operation and function of the Human Rights <br />Commission and an extraordinary emergency is de- <br />clared to exist concerning the foregoing transfer. <br />SECTION IV.
