Thomas J. Brunner, Jr.
City Attorney
Robert M. Parker
Chief Deputy
CITY of SOUTH SEND
PETER J. NEMETH, Mayor
COUNTY -CITY BUILDING SOUTH BEND, INDIANA 46601
October 6, 1976
Members of the Common Council
4th Floor, County -City Building
South Bend, Indiana 46601
Dear Members of the Common Council:
L
w Z
'a ` n
/NDIANP
219/284 -9241
The attached Ordinance would effect a fund transfer from
Account No. 721.0 (Furniture and Fixtures) to Account No. 725.0
(Office Equipment) for the purpose of facilitating the purchase
of a Norelco dictating system for use by the Department of Law.
As I have previously indicated to the Council, the Department
of Law is presently severely handicapped by the lack of modern
dictating equipment. This transfer would allow us to purchase two
new pieces of dictating equipment at no extra cost to the City by
means of the described transfer.
I am hopeful that this Ordinance will meet with the Council's
approval.
Very truly yours,
Thomas J. Brunner, Jr.
City Attorney
TJBjr /klh
Attachment (1)
