RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $200.00 FROM <br />ACCOUNT 261.2 "TITLE INSURANCE AND <br />ABSTRACTS TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN <br />THE DEPARTMENT OF LAW BUDGET OF THE <br />GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are required over those previously <br />appropriated for certain accounts with the Department of Law Budget; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a surplus exists in another account where it is not <br />presently needed. This surplus is shown more specifically as follows, <br />to -wit: <br />$200.00 in Account 261.2 "Title Insurance and Abstracts". <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend: <br />SECTION I. That the Account 261.2 "Title Insurance and <br />Abstracts" be reduced by $200.00, and this amount be appropriated and <br />transferred as follows: <br />ACCOUNT <br />DESCRIPTION <br />AMOUNT <br />252.0 "Equipment Repair" $ 16.87 <br />262.1 "Books" 183.13 <br />SECTION II.
