20. Reference Tables Consisting of the Following: <br />(A) Summary of Household Counts - <br />Complete vs. Incomplete Records <br />(B) Percentage Distribution within Areas - Based <br />on Counts for Households with Complete Records <br />(C) Percentage Distribution within city - Based on <br />Counts for Households with Complete Records <br />II. Small -area Profiles and Rank Order Reports - Contractor will furnish the <br />Purchaser with ten (10) reduced-size (82 x 11 -inch) copies (9 bound and <br />one unbound) of reports showing for each tract its counts and ranking among <br />all tracts in the City according to 55 items within the following categories: <br />1. <br />Current counts <br />2. <br />Gross change <br />3. <br />Net change <br />4. <br />Key indicators - rates <br />5. <br />Key indicators - change <br />6. <br />Secondary indicators <br />Also included is a summary report showing rankings for all factors, and <br />for all tracts. <br />III. Computer - printed Maps - Contractor will furnish the Purchaser with ten (10) <br />reduced -size (8 -2 x 11 -inch) copies (9 bound and one unbound) of the following: <br />1. 260 maps displaying tract statistics and percentages selected from the <br />Statistical Tables. <br />2. 63 maps showing small -area rankings by selected subjects from the Rank <br />Order Reports. <br />IV. Management Digest - Contractor will furnish the Purchaser with twenty (20) <br />reduced -size (82 x 11 -inch) copies (19 bound and one unbound) of reports <br />consisting of the following three sections: <br />1. City -wide overview, consisting of 12 key indicators of status and change, <br />and a comparison of selected counts with those of the 1970 census. <br />2. A selection of 31 key maps which provide a perspective on neighborhood <br />characteristics. <br />3. A summary of key indicators (also in the Statistical Tables, Table V6000) <br />which provides highlights of both status and change, city -wide, and <br />by small -area. <br />4. A one -page summary for each small -area showing current characteristics <br />and significant change. <br />V. Additional Material to be Provided. In addition to those materials set <br />forth hereinabove, Contractor shall furnish to Purchaser those items set <br />forth in the Addendum(s) attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />
