This is EXHIBIT C, consisting of 3 pages, referred to in <br />and part of the Agreement between Owner and Engineer for <br />Professional Services dated 2017. <br />Payments to Engineer for Services and Reimbursable Expenses <br />Article 2 of the Agreement is supplemented to include the following agreement of the parties: <br />ARTICLE 2 - OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />C2.01 Compensation for Basic Services <br />A. Owner shall pay Engineer for Basic Services set forth in Exhibit A, a total fee amount not to <br />exceed $87,040.00, as follows: <br />1. The total compensation for Standard Hourly Rates Method of Payment services and <br />Expenses is estimated to be $35,040.00 based on the following estimated distribution of <br />compensation: <br />a. Bidding Phase and Construction Phase Office Services (Hourly Rate) $18,500.00 <br />b.
