such circumstances occur <br />Section 20 Insurance. Engineer shall maintain in force, during the period that Services <br />are performed, workers' compensation insurance in accordance with the laws of the states having <br />jurisdiction over Engineer's employees who are engaged in the Services and employer's liability <br />insurance with a limit of $1,000,000 each occurrence and in the aggregate. Engineer also shall <br />maintain commercial general liability insurance with a limit of $I,000,000 per occurrence and in <br />the aggregate; automobile liability insurance with a combined single limit of $1,000,000; and <br />professional liability insurance with per claim and aggregate limit of $1,000,000. City shall <br />require all Project contractors under contract with City to include City and Engineer as additional <br />insureds on their general, automobile, excess and umbrella liability insurance policies. Further, <br />City shall obtain and maintain for the benefit of Engineer the same indemnities, insurance <br />benefits, and waivers of subrogation rights obtained for the protection of City from any <br />construction contractor and subcontractor working on the Project and shall obtain from that <br />contractor and subcontractor insurance certificates evidencing the required coverages. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto, through their duly authorized <br />representatives, have caused this Agreement to be executed as of the day and year first written <br />above.
