<br />The EDIT tax rate was increased from 0.2% of salaries and wages in 2009 to 0.4% in
<br />2010 in response to revenue losses incurred by the "circuit breaker" property tax caps.
<br />This fund is used to subsidize many operations throughout the City via transfers to those
<br />operations' various funds. Services expenditures include the payment to St Joe County
<br />for PSAP, various economic development & assistance grants, workforce development
<br />programming, and others.
