Peter Donaldson Attached hereto is a proposed resolution for your Secretary consideration and approval. Robert J.Cira Assistant Secretary This resolution approves the changes in the Urban Lloyd E. Robinson, Sr. Renewal Plan as set forth in the Resolution No. 540 Member of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission adopted C. Wayne Brownell August 12, 1977 and approved by the Area Plan Commission Executive Director on August 16, 1977 by Resolution No. 45. The Plan changes as set forth in changes to pages 13 and 14 of R213 and changes adding parcels to the acquisition list in Sections No. 3, 8, and 9 and as set forth in the acquisition map and land use map permit us to proceed with the plan for a downtown enclosed mall and for providing necessary parking.
