RESOLUTION NO. -6-737- 2 7 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROVING THE AWARD OF ONE CONTRACT IN EXCESS OF $5,000.00 FOR THE HEATING REHABILITATION WORK IN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. WHEREAS, under the provision of Ordinance No. 5872 -75, passed by the South Bend Common Council on August 11, 1975, all contracts in excess of $5,000 must be approved by the Common Council; and WHEREAS, low bids for the heating rehabilitation work under the Community Development Housing Program have exceeded $5,000. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana; 1. That approval be granted to the Redevelopment Commission of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to enter into a contract with the Owens Heating Co. for the heating rehabilitation work on the following properties:. Lot #101, Coquillard & Rush's 1st Add. Lot #259, Park P1 3rd Add. Lot # 72, North Sunnyside Add. Lot #314, Park P1 3rd Add. Lot # 93, Park P1 2nd Add. Lot # 4, A.B. Cushing's 5th Add. Lot # 30, A.G. Cushing's 1st Add. 1202 E. Bissell St. $ 120.00 1105 E. Campeau St. $1,857.00 1405 E. Miner St. $1,050.00 1220 E. Corby Blvd. $1,300.00 1234 E. Bissell St. $1,650.00 812 N. Diamond Ave. $1,823.00 807 N. Sherman Ave. $2,000.00 Total $9,818.00 2.
