RESOLUTION NO. `17- J <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE C0r.9.1ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROVING THE AWARD OF ONE <br />CONTRACT IN EXCESS OF $5,000.00 FOR THE ELECTRICAL <br />REHABILITATI011 WORK IN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />PROGRAM. <br />WHEREAS, under the provisions of Ordinance No. 5872 -75, <br />passed by the South Bend Common Council on August 11, 1975, all contracts <br />in excess of $5,000 must be approved by the Common Council; and <br />VdffilMS, low bids for the electrical rehabilitation work <br />under the Community Development housing Program have exceeded $5,000. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana; <br />1.
