December 14, 1977 nt�ury <br />rater <br />Members of The Common Council <br />South Bend Common Council <br />City of South Bend, Indiana <br />Dear Councilmen: <br />There will be presented for your consideration on December 19, 1977, <br />a resolution authorizing and approving the Century Center Board of <br />Managers entering into a leasing contract for furnishings and <br />equipment to be used in the operations of Century Center. <br />This will be a long term contract of (60) months which will be paid <br />on a monthly basis from the revenues derived from operations at <br />Century Center. Without going into a complete list, items range <br />from chains, dollies, tables, coat racks, drapes, and other equipment. <br />As the Controller for the Century Center Board of Managers, I have <br />been instructed to write this letter on behalf of the Board.
