December 14, 1977 &ntery Members of The Common Council South Bend Common Council City of South Bend, Indiana Dear Councilmen: There will be presented for your consideration a resolution authorizing and approving the Board of Managers to enter into a contract for the lease of lighting and audio equipment for use in the operation of Century Center. This will be a long term contract of (5) years and will be paid on a monthly basis from revenues derived from operations at Century Center. The Board of Managers has advertised for bids on the lease and will open the sealed bid at a Special Board Meeting on December 19, 1977. For the meeting of the Council on December 19, 1977, they should be able to indicate the best bid received. Your approval of this resolution will be appreciated.
