Accomplishments to date <br />1) Continuous operation since 1972. <br />2) Strong relationships with local police agencies, D.P.W., Juvenile <br />Probation Department, South Bend Community School Corporation. <br />3) Rapid development of relationship with other school corporations in <br />the county, as well as with St. Joseph County Police Department. <br />4) Taken major role of service delivery for youth employment. <br />5) Operate only shelter care facility in St. Joseph County. <br />6) Community Acceptance of programs. <br />7) Expansion of recreation programs. <br />8) Youth Advocacy. <br />9) Acceptance of Youth Service Bureau as primary deliver of youth program. <br />10.
