RESOLUTION NO. 6d0 -,)� <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />TO SUBMIT TO THE COMMUNITY SERVICES <br />ADMINISTRATION, AN APPLICATION FOR SUMMER <br />YOUTH RECREATION FUNDS UNDER SECTION 222 <br />(a)(13) OF THE ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY ACT <br />OF 1964, AS AMENDED <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of South Bend is the <br />Chief Executive Officer of the City, and is the applicant for <br />Summer Youth Recreation funds under Section 222 (a)(13) of the <br />Economic Opportunity Act of 1964, as amended. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana; <br />SECTION I. That the Mayor of the City of South Bend <br />is hereby authorized to submit an application for Eighteen <br />Thousand Twenty Dollars ($18,020) plus One Thousand Five <br />Hundred Eighteen Dollars ($1,518) of unobligated FY77 funds, to <br />the Community Services Administration. <br />SECTION II.
