December 27, 1960 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Tuesday, <br />December 27, 1960 at 10:00 A.M. All members were present. Minutes <br />of the last regular meeting were read and approved. Vouchers were approved <br />and ordered paid to the various suppliers. <br />BUILDING DEPARTMENT ;(SUB -STANDARD DIVISION) <br />Comes now Verner Lane, Buiidihg,Dep�rtmeht,�:Commissinner, with reference <br />to property located at 1059 Burns Street, owned by Rev. R. D. Wilson. <br />Rev. Wilson has been ordered to bring property up to standard but has <br />failed to do so. Mr. Lane requestdd the Board to grant him permission to <br />request Rev. Wilson to come before the Board to show cause why some <br />action has not been taken on this property and why it should not now be <br />demolished. <br />Request granted and Rev. Lane is hereby directed, through the Building <br />Department, to appear before the,Board on January 3, 1961 at 10:00 A.M. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />A Street Light Outage Report was accepted by the Board and ordered`pliced <br />on file. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />A Report for the Month of November, 1960 from the Police Department was <br />accepted by the Board and ordered placed on file. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned at'11:00 A.M. , <br />2e- - 9/4-6 <br />Attest: Anth y J.
