The following resolution was adopted in respects to the official signing of <br />bids on behalf of Pencco, Inc. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of Pencco, Inc. in a meeting duly <br />assembled that Monica Avila, former Bid Secretary of the Corporation, no longer has <br />authority to negotiate for and sign any bid proposals and/or contracts on behalf of <br />the Corporation. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Sarah Duffy, Bid Secretary, of the Corporation has <br />authority to negotiate for and sign any bid proposals and/or contracts which the <br />Corporation might enter into for the furnishing of services for the Corporation <br />under such terms, conditions, and stipulations, and for such consideration as she <br />may deem to be in the best interest of the Corporation. <br />No further business was necessary and the meeting was concluded. <br />Ron L.
