RESOLUTION N0. &qi -')V A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SUB- MIT TO THE NATIONAL HISTORICAL PUBLICATIONS AND RECORDS COMMISSION, A GRANT APPLICATION FOR DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH FUNDS FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF THE STUDEBAKER CORP. ARCHIVES DISCOVERY HALL MUSEUM. WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of South Bend is the Chief Executive Officer of the City, and is the Applicant for a Development Grant for Discovery Hall. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. Hereby established the authority of the Mayor of the City of South Bend to submit an application for Development and research funds in the amount of $18,075.00. SECTION II. The Director of Discovery Hall will be designated the Administrative Agent for this project. For every category established under this Resolution, Director of Discovery Hall shall submit to the Common Council a line item budget prior to the expenditures of any grant money received upon approval of this application. SECTION III. and effect from and after approval by the Mayor.
