ARTICLE 6. THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CITY <br />The City's responsibilities shall include the following: <br />6.1 Provide full information regarding its requirements for <br />the Project. <br />6.2 Designate a representative who is fully acquainted with <br />the scope of the Project, and authorized to promptly furnish <br />information and render decisions concerning the Project. <br />6.3 Furnish such architectural and engineering services from <br />the Architect whose services were procured by the Development <br />Manager in accordance with Section 4.1 hereof as the Development <br />Manager deems necessary to enable the Development Manager to <br />negotiate and procure the contractual commitments referred to <br />in Article 1 hereof; provided, however, that the Architect's <br />compensation for such architectural and engineering services <br />shall not exceed the sum of $90,000. <br />6.4 Furnish a certified land survey of the site giving, as <br />applicable, grades and lines of streets, alleys, pavements and <br />adjoining property; rights of way, restrictions, easements, <br />encroachments, zoning, deed restrictions, boundaries and contours <br />of the site; locations, dimensions and complete data pertaining <br />to existing buildings, other improvements and tress; and full <br />information concerning available service and utility lines both <br />public and private, above and below grade, including inverts and <br />depths. <br />
