additional costs including capital expenditures incurred by the Water Works to furnish services to <br />customers outside the City limits. <br />SECTION IV. Chapter 17, Article 4, Section 17 -46.4 shall be deleted in its entirety and is <br />not replaced. <br />SECTION V. Chapter 17, Article 4, Section 17 -47 of the South Bend Municipal Code shall <br />be amended to read in its entirety as follows: <br />Sec. 17 -47. Nonrecurring charges. <br />(a) Deposits: Security deposits, payable upon service initiation and refundable upon service <br />termination, shall be no more than one -sixth of the estimated annual bill for each meter <br />size.
