March 219 1960 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Monday,. March 21, 1960 <br />at10:P0 A.M. All members were present. Minutes of the previous regular meeting were <br />read and approved. <br />SPecial police bonds are now approved for Frank Sochocki, Jr., and Albert A. Vascil. <br />Comes now Officer F. W. Voss of the Police Department and requests permission for. an <br />annual military leave for a period of fifteen days to attend orders from the 2668th <br />Air Reserve Center, United States Air Force, Fort.Wayne, Indiana for active duty tour. <br />The dates requested for the leave are 3-29-60 to 4-12-60 inclusive. Permission grant- <br />ed. <br />The•time'now being after 10:00 A.M. it was so announced and the bids for the Electri- <br />cal Department trucks were opened and read aloud. Proofs of publication in the South <br />Bend Tribune and in The Record were submitted.to the Board and found sufficient.
