Indiana Ave.) <br /> <br /> <br />(2) Resolution No. 2613 approving and <br />accepting a counter offer for the <br />acquisition of property in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area (525 W. <br />Indiana Ave.) <br /> <br />Mr. Relos noted that Ms. Winterrowd made a <br />counter offer in the amount of $15,000. She <br />feels this price is a more accurate value of the <br />property. The assessed value of this home is <br />$30,200.
