That ordinance. did not define full and part-time employees, and it <br />did not clearly identify the information received by City employees regarding the medical <br />insurance program. The attached ordinance amends Ordinance 9863-08 by defining full and <br />part-time employees and specifying the nature of information received by employees regarding <br />their health insurance plan.
