Minutes of the previous regular <br />meeting were read and approved. Adams Street <br />to the City of South Bend Fire. Department. Said applicant has passed all re- <br />quired written examinations and physical examinations by both the City Doctor <br />and the Pension Board doctor, and also having been found acceptable for member- <br />ship in the Firemen's Pension Fund, this appointment will become effective as <br />of the 16th day of November, 1958. <br />Nick Horvath, Supt. of the Electrical Department, recommends the installation of <br />the following 4000 lumen lights: <br />1000 block W. Colfax Avenue <br />1026 North Huey Street <br />418 N. St. Peter Street <br />321 N. Notre Dame Avenue <br />517 Leland Avenue <br />Also, increase the following from 2500 to 4000 lumen <br />815 E. Madison Street <br />425 N. Notre Dame Avenue <br />The Board approves recommendation of the Electrical Superintendent and directs <br />Mr. Horvath to proceed with installation of said lights at above mentioned loca- <br />tions. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, it was so announced and <br />the meeting was adjourned at 10:35 A.M. <br />ATTEST: ANWNY J.
