RESOLUTION NO. ( ) ) - 7 9 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SUBMIT TRAINING GRANT APPLICA- TIONS TO VARIOUS AGENCIES WHICH HAVE SHOWN INTEREST IN FUNDING SUCH A GRANT FOR THE YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of South Bend is the Chief Executive Officer of the City, and is the Applicant for funding of any grant applications which may be made by the City of South Bend, Indiana. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana that: SECTION I. The Mayor of the City of South Bend is hereby authorized to submit an application for funding in the amount of $8250.00 to various interested agencies. SECTION II. The Executive Director of the Youth Service Bureau shall be designated the Administrative Agent for this grant. For every category established under this Resolution, the Mayor shall submit to the Common Council a line item budget prior to the expenditures of any grant money received upon approval of this application. SECTION III. This resolution shall be full force and effect from and after its adoption by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor.
