SECTION 3. Any costs or expenses incurred in connection <br />with said FBT Bancorp, Inc. Project shall be included in the project <br />costs and reimbursed from the proceeds of the Industrial Development <br />Bonds to be issued with respect thereto. <br />SECTION 4.
