SECTION 3. Any costs or expenses incurred in connection <br />with said Weltek, Inc. Project shall be included in the project costs <br />and reimbursed from the proceeds of the Industrial Revenue Bonds to be <br />issued with respect thereto. <br />SECTION 4.
