RESOLUTION NO. (_ C �� J A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROVING THE AWARD OF ONE CONTRACT IN EXCESS OF $5,000.00 FOR THE GENERAL REHABILITATION WORK IN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. WHEREAS, under the provisions of Ordinance No. 5872 -75, passed by the South Bend Common Council on August 11, 1975, all contracts in excess of $5,000.00 must be approved by the Common Council; and WHEREAS, low bids for the general rehabilitation work under the Community Development Housing Program have exceeded $5,000.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana; 1. That approval be granted to the Redevelopment Commission of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to enter into a contract with the Charles Brown Maintenance Co., Inc. for the general rehabilitation work on the following properties: Lot # 175, W &K replat Wengers 6th Add. Lot # 3, Elders First Addition Lot # 107, East Half Bowman's Place Add. Lot # 25, Indiana Avenue Addition Lot # V, Elder Place Addition, Excepting 59' South End Lot #16, Kirbys Addition 605 E. Broadway $1,513.00 408 E. Keasey $ 802.00 310 E. Dubail $2,259.00 533 E. Indiana $ 500.00 316 E. Paris $ 90.00 415 E. Ohio $ 707.00 TOTAL $5,871.00 2.
