September 14, 1957 <br />A special meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Saturday at 10:00 <br />A.M. (DST). All members were present. <br />Appearing before the Board were Chief Dutrieux, Ass't. Chief Burkhart, and <br />Inspector Hazinski. The matter before the Board at this time is the reslg- <br />nation from the South Bend Police Department of a one Leonard Brooks, Jr. <br />to become effective immediately as of this date. Board now accepts and <br />approves resignation of said Brooks. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 10:20 A.M.
