An Officer's report from Sgt. Jankowski with reference to the Hydraulic bildge and also <br />aMseport from Officer Bella were examined and placed on file for reference. <br />A special policemen's application is hereby approved for John Luther Delancy, Sr. <br />Police Chief Dutrieux appeared before the Board to request permission for Officer <br />Wiskotoni to be granted a two week's leave of absence to attend army training from <br />March 31, 1957 through April 16, 1957. Permission granted. <br />The February, 1957 monthly report of the Police Department is hereby accepted and <br />placed on file. <br />The time now being after 10:00 A.M. (CST) it was so announced and the bids for the <br />Electrical Department were opened. Proofs of publication in the South Bend Tribune <br />with an affidavit signed by C. G. Livengood and in the Repord with an affidavit signed <br />by W.DeCanio were submitted to the Board for examination, and found sufficient.
