Ms. Hughes would like the Council to consider <br />the value of our democratic system, and argues the Council is choosing a route that doesn't value <br />the voice of the people. <br />With no further members of the public present to speak in favor or remonstrance, Committee <br />Chair Davis entertained a motion on Bill No. 17 -04. <br />Committee Member Gavin Ferlic made a motion to send Bill No. 17 -04 to full Council with a <br />favorable recommendation.
