We will finally then circle back at the end for statements of opinion from the Council. <br />Councilmember Scott stated, Just to clarify, the Code states in that portion that it is two (2) <br />questions per Councilmember, then we can move through and circle back which gives everybody <br />equal time. <br />Committeemember Ferlic stated, That is fine, we will do two (2) questions and then after all the <br />Councilmembers are done any additional questions can be asked. <br />Committee Chair Davis stated, We will need the recommendation from the Mayor and from the <br />consultants today. <br />Councilmember White asked, Who will be presenting the consultants findings? <br />Committee Chair Davis stated that he does not know but that it would probably be someone from <br />the Administration or the consulting firm. <br />With no further business before the Committee, Committee Chair Oliver Davis adjourned the <br />meeting at 4:08 p.m. <br />ec"lly Submitted, <br />v ommittee Chair <br />3 <br />
